Fred gained his angel wings October 22, 2017. As he wished, he died at home, in his loving wife’s arms.

He courageously fought neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer for more than 2 years. He lost his battle due to complications including emphysema. Tobacco kills.

Beloved cat, Stella, preceded him by a few days, and waited so together they crossed the Rainbow Bridge into Heaven.

Fred was known as a natural comic. He entertained as a clown, comedian and in a comedy troupe called The M&M’s. He was a talented singer and lyricist and enjoyed playing the guitar and especially harmonica. His love and knowledge of baseball & basketball were exceptional.

He was born August 21, 1949 in Brooklyn NY. He is survived by: his wife of 21 years, Silvana; his son, Damon; 2 grandchildren, Ella & Harry; & and 2 brothers, Richard & Vincent.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Fred to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at or 1500 Rosecrans Ave, Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

Family and friends are also invited to the Funeral Mass, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma, CA. St. James will host lunch from 12pm-2pm.
