Lynne Roth’s Eulogy By Laurie Clayton We wanted to thank you all for coming to help us pay tribute to Mom/Lynne and her life, much of it was spent right here at Petaluma Valley so you know what a great lady she was. The limitations of language can never do my feelings for my mom justice as it is impossible to put into words the love I feel for her. She was simply the strongest person I have ever met and amazingly the weaker her body became the stronger she got. She was a fighter with incredible tenacity, brutal honesty, and although she would deny it, a bit of a stubborn streak but her motivating force was family. She put her entire being into providing for and raising us and she had a profound impact on the essence of who I am. She was dearly loved and will be severely missed as not only my mom but my best friend. Her memory and our love for her will continue to bring us strength and comfort as she lives in our hearts. Mom loved gardening and we are honoring her memory by having a newly developed rose named after her. We are planting a symbolic stand in today since her rose, Lynne’s Legacy, is still being registered and finalizing its development. A picture can be seen on the program or the web site.

As We Look Back Author Unknown As we look back over time We find ourselves wondering ..... Did we remember to thank you enough For all you have done for us? For all the times you were by our sides To help and support us ..... To celebrate our successes To understand our problems And accept our defeats? Or for teaching us by your example, The value of hard work, good judgement, Courage and integrity? We wonder if we ever thanked you For the sacrifices you made. To let us have the very best? And for the simple things Like laughter, smiles and times we shared? If we have forgotten to show our Gratitude enough for all the things you did, We're thanking you now. And we are hoping you knew all along, How much you meant to us.

If Roses Grow in Heaven By Dolores M. Garcia If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me, Place them in my Mother’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there’s an ache within my heart that will never go away.
